4 month update - again late
This month and until November I anticipate the posts are going to be late and short. We are in the 4th quarter and work is insanely busy so getting around to putting the month by month transformation together is time consuming and generally a pain in the ass. :)
That being said, these are pics for 2 weeks ago and I have been stress snacking and grazing a lot more over the last two weeks. I haven't stepped on the scale but I would guess I haven't moved how I should have. I've been averaging about 9 pounds a month. Not super, but I have been happy with the progress. I need to ADD WORKOUTS. Now if I could just make the time.
Overall my eating (minus the last two weeks) has been steady. Bread and potatoes (2 of my biggest weaknesses) are still hard to digest so I stay away from them. I did have lasagna twice and was able to tolerate the pasta just fine. I don't think that's a good thing, but luckily pasta isn't my weakness. :)
I still haven't gone down a pants size, even though I've lost 50 pounds. My sister suggested I go try on a smaller size. Maybe I have gone down but I am still able to wear the larger size just "baggy." I guess it's worth a try. I can tell that my shirts look really "sloppy" now because they are too big. I am going to head out to a resale show this weekend and pick up a few things.
Overall I feel SO MUCH better. I am no longer diabetic nor do I have high blood pressure. Those things alone should make this all worth it. I still have 100 pounds to lose and I know I need to add in the work outs to tone all this nonsense up. I will get there!
